Why Do They Want to Rule Over Desolation?
Cities Burn, Citizens Still Vote Democrat, Democrats Pass More Bad Policy
My wife asks me, “Why do they want to rule over desolation? Why don’t they improve neighborhoods?”
I never had a good answer until now. When the riots happened in LA back during Rodney King, you thought it was racism that started the riots.
Today’s riots are different. Racism didn’t start them, and this is not an organic protest against ICE/Trump or “pro-immigration”. They are paid protestors. Back room organized protestors. We knew it in 2020, and the funny thing about that was that a few people benefited from all that corporate cash while the taxpayers footed the bill for the repairs. The NFL still has stuff on helmets and end zones. The heads of BLM who profited laugh all the way to their Swiss bank.
Anyone sane or “reasonable” or “sensible” or “normal” or however you want to put it looks at what is happening in LA and knows this isn’t organic. Waving Palestinian and Mexican flags while burning cars, attacking law enforcement, and looting isn’t about immigration. It’s about sowing chaos.
Why would a Democratic politician or globalist want to do that? Sure, they hate capitalism because capitalism is merit-based. When capitalism is at its best, it is not centrally controlled.
They want to swoop in and take control. Newsom is mad that Trump took control because he wanted to take control. He needed a little more demonstrative violence. Even if the entire city burns, they are happy. Why? Because they control the levers of power, and they have the power to tax. Because they control the levers of power, they can use the state to enforce the taxes and make sure you pay. Otherwise, jail for you.
I am sure the local government is still charging property taxes of some sort on that building in the photo above.
People in poorly run cities and states have an option. They can move. Roger Simon has written extensively about moving out of California over and over again. He even has a book about it. I have written about moving out of Chicago. Karol Markowicz has written about leaving NYC for Florida.
We aren’t alone. Everyone is leaving if they can find a way. Sometimes it is really painful for them. I have friends in Vegas who upended their lives and left California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, and New York because of the oppression of their entire government apparatus. But it’s harder to move out of the United States, which is why these little battles are important.
Here is the thing that you should have realized when the entire government apparatus, from the President and Department of Justice, the FBI, and state/local governments, were practicing their unconstitutional lawfare against Trump. Trump said, “You are next,” and he isn’t wrong, though it will be on a smaller scale.
Don’t believe me? Engage in a little protest. Try not paying local property taxes for a while and see what happens to you. Try not paying state income taxes and see what happens to you. Try skirting stupid regulations that are passed to enable government busybodies in your place of business.
The full force of the government will be at your doorstep, and you will be no different than Trump.
When people want property tax caps, fair tax, and other government fees driven down, they don’t listen. They larder on more fees.
I had a friend who was in the military. We were chatting about this one day. He said that if there were a civil war, he thinks at least 50% of the military and for sure the Deep State would be on the side of Big Government versus the People. Why? Their pensions. They don’t want to lose them. Plus, they like the power over people.
They don’t care if you live in desolation. They won’t be in desolation. In addition, they have the full force of government and law enforcement behind them, so they have direct access to your pocketbook. Try to protest, and you have to dig deeper for a lawyer. They will bankrupt you before you win.
Theres a distinct possibility that all these riots and threats of riots fizzle out quickly as the Democrats allowing and supporting them begin to realize that normal people are getting pretty dam sick and tired of their commie bullshit and start to widely support mass deportations and even militarized law enforcement to do it. The FAFO principle may begin to rear its head. For a long time they and the media could convince people that Trump was the “cause” of all the chaos and turmoil; normal people are beginning to figure out that he is actually the solution. Fear is a powerful motivator and most normal people will follow almost anyone that promises stability over chaos, and especially so if they actually deliver it. Itll make Trump more popular than ever. Itll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Meanwhile the Trump admin can do a lot of good the Left hates such as RFKJr sacking the entire CDC vaccine board, while the media is distracted by bigger outrages.
Totally agree.
