Across the country, people are getting paid by non-governmental organizations to protest the war in Israel. They are Pro-Palestinian protesters. It’s a centrally organized plan.
They have shut down traffic to major airports across the country, or simply blocked traffic on major thoroughfares.
They desecrated the Los Angeles Veterans Cemetery yesterday.
This doesn’t persuade me to join their cause.
I am all for peaceful protest as designated in the US Bill of Rights. Hint, the George Floyd riots were not peaceful. They were riots, and many of the same NGOs paying the Pro-Palestinian forces are paid for George Floyd rioters to show up. “Mostly peaceful” isn’t peaceful.
As Victor Davis Hansen has written, we are in a civil war. Shots have been fired, it’s just not like the 1860 Blue vs Gray.
Here is the remedy.
First, when they block traffic, arrest every single person there no exceptions. Put them in jail. Load them into paddy wagons and take them for a ride. Force them to hire an attorney, and post bail. If they can’t post bail, guess where they get to sit.
Second, get the tow trucks out there and impound their vehicles. Force them to pay to get their vehicles out of storage.
Make George Soros and his pals pay. It’s worth pointing out that at Glenn Reynolds's Instapundit blog today, there is a link to why these might be RICO charges. If you know of a victim, send them to these lawyers. Get Soros tied up in a RICO investigation. Won’t that be fun to see how the biased and corrupt Department of Justice runs interference for him?
Lather rinse repeat. Don’t worry about finding room for all the cars. They have room.

My friend Walt Ehlers is not buried there but is buried in Riverside National Cemetery. I made an error.
Glenn Reynolds linked to attorneys willing to represent civil plaintiffs. This is what it will take when the police stand around doing nothing and the Soros DAs file criminal charges against anyone who dares confront the protestors. Drive up the cost. Win or lose it will take the fun out of it, and force some of these groups out into the open.
The RICO thing is interesting.
If you pay money to a group that commits crimes, and you know this group does that, are you complicit? I think that once you found out about a group's illegal behavior and you no longer donated, then that would be understandable. But to continue giving money to criminal causes makes Soros complicit and a financier of crime.
I like it.
