The Dems are all about control. They are not remotely democratic.

The Dems cannot be trusted with governing and the public purse because they bastardize both of them to retain power.

1. Look at the absolute lie about how the White House could not control the border. In one day, Trump shows the world the Dems' lies.

2. Look at the border itself -- an open invitation to the entire world to break the law promulgated by those who were supposed to enforce the law. All done to generate future Dem voters and to control political outcomes.

We have 20MM illegals in the country right now.

The magnitude of money diverted from legitimate programs to support this criminal invasion is breathtaking. They gave millions of them Social Security cards and benefits.

3. The Dems have been engaged in a government funded fundraising scheme -- Dems form NGOs, the government through entities like USAID funds these NGOs, the NGOs are a gigantic source of Dem fundraising during elections.

The NGOs promulgate Dem policies that cannot be directed by the government.

It is a gigantic corrupt scheme that is hidden by the media who are part of it. Look at just the media's coverup of Joe Biden's deteriorating health. They knew from Inauguration Day. Look at all the lies.

A horrible irony in all this is the folks on the left in Democrat politics, in the arts and most recently, mainstream religious leaders, most of whom think they are performing what's best for the greater good of Humanity in attempting to address the social ills, are all failing to admit, as they so often do, theories exist to be proven or disproven and many of their theories have been proven false. Why is it they ignore results and consequences? Why is it they double down on losing strategies and failed policies? It seems to me that the further left you go, the more condescendingly arrogant you become and unwilling to admit you are ever mistaken.

They laugh off the reality that their inflammatory rhetoric contributed to two assassination attempts on our President, multiple violent riots in the streets, on college campuses and in front of Tesla dealerships. They're coming very close to starting the next Civil War.

True. The joke: Who has more Jewish grandchildren, Trump or George Soros? Trump, because his are orthodox. Soros is reformed which isn't actually Jewish is it? : )

Mitch Weiner's avatar

I don't think George Soros knows what he is....😄

Reminds me of the old joke about doctors and lawyers that is applicable to Soros, who I did have the misfortune of speaking to once or twice decades ago.

"What is the difference between George Soros and God?

God knows he's not George Soros."

The French Revolution tells the same story which is the oldest in the world.

Yes, Thomas Jefferson had high hopes. Instead it brought them Jacobins, and then Napoleon.....and now look at them...

No kidding. Macron is killing his country, or rather degrading it further like a good communist.

They marched through our institutions for 100 years and we are only 15 years(Tea Party, MAGA) into the turn.

"Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."

I will say in Pope Francis defense, he remained committed to a peaceful solution in Ukraine, when all the anti-War Left went pro-War to set up some straw opposition to Trump's peace plans.

Francis never wavered and put the lives of Ukrainians and Russians ahead of partisan politics on this one.

I disagree with quite a bit that Pope Francis said and did (and he would contradict himself from paragraph to paragraph, so apparently he did too), but appreciate his consistent goal of finding peace where there is war.

I liked his humility and his concern for the poor. I hated his politics and he was a doofus when it came to economics

Spiritual leaders should run their lane just like everyone else.

Pritzker is a horrible human being from an awful family who despises anyone to the right of Mao. He’s escalated the implosion of IL and along with Chicago’s mayor Johnson they are driving the final nails into the state’s coffin. Chicago has declined so much in the last 15 years it’s really unbelievable. I avoid the city whenever possible. Truly sad.

When I look at JB my first thought is not "street fightin' man."

Chicago has lots of lefties. Maybe they should have a riot there.

Brandon can join the rioters in solidarity, he could break the windows of a Walgreens and steal a duffel bag full of toiletries and AA batteries. That is about his level of professional competence. His approval was recently clocked at 7%. At that level he is deep into diminishing marginal returns. Even just being terrible will not move the needle. He needs to work hard to shave off an extra point or two, but he should try. Zero is probably not possible, but if he personally led a Summer of riots he could possibly get it to 3% or even 2%.

Order vs chaos is also a big part of why Canada voted for the liberals just now. They are heavily propaganized that Trump represents chaos and the liberals were able to manipulate and capitalize on peoples’ fear. People will do almost anything to assuage their fear. Including vote for liberal fascists that have already proven to cause them suffering. But perception is reality. And because of Trump, they forgot who their most important tomentors were. Its the basis for the predominant voting patterns of people in almost every major city in the US.

You've enunciated a timeless truth--that human prefer order to chaos. We were made by our Creator that way, imo. It proves true in families and managing productive enterprises, even transmit into art as well.

Dem's tendency to encourage temper tantrums is always destructive to society, and ultimately to the unhappy folks that promote these lies.

Oh, some people like chaos. To bring order out of chaos is a means to an end. The end being they move upwards and the more chaos the more upwards they move, one way or the other.
