This is the kind that in junior high, high school and even college could have resulted in a request to meet at the bike rack after school because of cheating.

The lack of accountability is utterly reprehensible.

The ability to get away with so many crimes so blatantly is indicative of the apathy and ignorance ever present in today's society with regard to crime and that is a simultaneously sad and scathing condemnation of our society and political and government system.

It's a way of cussing. "Respectfully" in business speak means "Fuck you"

I worked for a financial planning/investment management firm, and let me tell you, the EYs and Deloittes of the world watch their employees' holdings like hawks. If you accidentally trade into an unauthorized position, their compliance desks will send daily warnings to their employee until you trade out of it, plus provide documentation that the trade was executed (next day confirms, not month-end statements).
