This in a nutshell describes the wackiness of the entire DEI grift:

"What brand of Hispanic are you? “Cuban” was the answer. Immediately, the people on the other side of the table said, “You aren’t Hispanic enough.”"

I will say what everybody is afraid to say:

DIVERSITY IS A LOT OF BULLSHIT AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE, ZERO, THAT DIVERSITY ENDS UP BENEFITING THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY ORGANIZATION BASED SOLELY ON OBJECTIVE RESULTS AND MEASUREMENT.

What does work is merit. If you select people based solely on merit and you inspire and motivate them, they will conquer the world and deliver superior results.

Example: the Biden admin Noah's Ark Band of Misfits Cabinet. Biggest bunch of losers ever collected and the results speak for themselves starting w Joe Biden himself.

Merry Christmas!

Want to make a lefty mad? Always refer to it as “visual diversity”.

If they call you out on it, just explain that the left’s version of diversity is where everyone looks different but thinks the same.

I’ll go with General Patton’s line to his staff: “If we’re all thinking the same thing, someone’s not thinking!”

We should always have the best person available for the job white black man or women it shouldn't matter. This DEI stuff is bull shit, look at Biden's administration. It is a mess because of not getting the best qualified person but someone who fits their narrative. Kamala, Ketanji Austin and that weirdo Rachel Levin.

Regarding the FinCEN BOI unconstitutional regulation, I am on the board of my HOA. Even though I cannot sell any of what little our HOA owns and receive the proceeds, nor access our funds for my personal use, the BOI considers me to be a “beneficial owner”, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Also, the board members tried to enter their personal information after we posted our HOA, but the online site wouldn’t allow us to do so, and the government contractors staffing the phone help line were totally clueless. Your tax dollars at work.

But shouldn't nasdaq be allowed to set its own rules of participation?

Sure, but you can still disagree with them. They were stupid. If I were a NASDAQ company, I would have called the NYSE to see about leaving. NASDAQ was trying to tell public businesses how to run their business.

I agree that I would have been calling NYSE to see about abandoning nasdaq.

But now we have a court telling nasdaq how to conduct its business. Just as I think businesses that practice discriminatory hiring practices put themselves at a competitive disadvantage, Nasdaq would be doing the same. But neither should be prevented from doing so by government action.
