Couldn't agree more. I would recall Milley to active service and apply some really nasty UCMJ.

As they say, there is more than one way to skin a cat. And Fauci can’t be left unaccountable. State criminal charges, federal and state civil suits, extradition to foreign countries for prosecution of crimes against their citizens given the international scope of his crimes. He’s in his 80s and shouldn’t be given one moment’s peace for the end of his miserable existence.

Can other countries charge him and extradite him?

Apparently it’s largely a matter of treaty when a person is criminally charged by a foreign country. 18 U.S. Code § 3184. I sincerely hope the new administration has a team working on ways to legally obtain accountability from this sociopath who has harmed so many.

And call all these traitors to Congress to elicit testimony. They can't claim the 5th as they are unable to "Incriminate" themselves having been pardoned.

Meanwhile many of their underlings were not pardoned--Ralph Baric and Peter Daszak for example, and there are many others besides the execrable Mary McCord in the DOJ that can be investigated and would likely be indicted.

At minimum court martial him and terminate his pension. He’s a traitor.

I wonder if a court-martial is covered under the pardon?

We surely have a military lawyer on this forum

A couple of thoughts. Drag them in front of Congress and force them to testify since they are not in jeopardy of arrest/conviction/jail time. If they refuse, arrest them for contempt and put them in jail the same way Merrick Garland did. Second, expect Trump to pardon his family and staff as he completes his term. Democrats rarely look at the consequences of their actions. Biden's decision here, will come back to bite the Democrats in way they will not expect....just like Harry Reid's move to have federal judges confirmed by a simple majority.

This article strikes the right tone. Release all the information of what these criminals did so it’s on the record, but proceed with the American Restoration and let the criminals be publicly shamed and shunned forever.

One good thing I heard on Mark Halperin’s livestream this morning. He said that speaking with high level Trump people at the recent DC events, no one was gloating over their victory. They were all serious about getting to work for the American people. That’s a great sign. Flood the zone!

A brief correction. Pres. Ford started his message when he pardoned Pres. Nixon with the line, "My fellow Americans, our long national nightmare is over."

Jeffrey, everything you said is absolutely true. Biden offered all these pardons to cover up the crimes against America of all these reprobates. But like someone wrote, there are more than one way to skin a cat.

Mitch McConnell always was a snake in the grass. The only good thing he did was block Obama from appointing another supremum court justice. Like most people in power they will stab you in the back in a second. Hopefully he releases all the documents on all those people.

Meh, I disagree without disagreeing about snake in the grass. He was a knife fighter. Great parliamentarian. As a Minority Leader, he knew how to gum up the works.

Agree on release everything.

Totally disagree on what should happen to these people. You CANNOT and will not restore respect for law until people who have so blatantly violated the law are SEEN to be punished BY the law. The result is an attitude of, "Well, yeah they stole my car, but I'll get rich enough to buy another one," or, "Yeah, they cut off my arm but I'll make my remaining arm really good." It demonstrates a lack of compassion for victims, especially those murdered by the vax or imprisoned by an illegitimate government. I say NYET!

Not sure how you can charge them with anything. I am not a criminal lawyer, so don't know the law.

Good insight.

Clean slate, dump the facts, let other people keep these stories alive.

Ford's pardon of Nixon killed him and hurt his party, a good analogy. These pardons should do the same.

What's amazing is that it was documented that Jim Biden was a sleaze, but the other family members? JFC, is anyone in that family honest?

(And why didn't Jill get one, too? Did the intern forget that one when pulling the rest out of the printer?)

Yes, spouses can testify against spouses. Spouses cannot be forced to testify against spouses. They may do so voluntarily and have done so with Albert Tocco's wife being a perfect example in the history of Chicago's organized crime.

Indeed, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was involved herself. By all appearances she was up to her elbows in the running of the White House, so it's not hard to imagine that she had her own shady involvement in the rest of the family "business."

Reminder that Trump gave Milley and Fauci commendations of honor on his last day in office in 2020. They were awful.

Trump should have stood up to those jokers. He could pick a good fight with Rosie O'Donnell and Paul Ryan (after he left office) but wouldn't fight against Milley and Fauci.

I am all in favor of DJT, but he has to put the Country ahead of the entrenched nitwits in the military and government.

Joe didn’t only pardon Hunter for the shakedowns. Hunter was part of the illegal bio labs in Ukraine for the DOD/CIA. That’s why it goes back to 2014 when Obama made bioweapons research illegal.

Biden is the worst president.

Obama is 2nd worst, and Jimmy Caca slipped to 3rd worst.

And remember how Carter had lots of praise for both Obama, and for Biden, because Carter knew that his own "worst president" reputation was being overtaken by these new traitors.

I understand that Trump is or has cancelled the Top Secret clearances of the 51 "Spies who Lie". Go further, Donald; revoke ALL of their clearances, and do the same thing for every pardon recipient. And be ready to prosecute any of them for leaking or having classified information. Because those would be NEW crimes not covered by their decade-long political pardons.

Multiple companies in the paid protester business are having a hard time because so many of the Democrats' supporters are just thoroughly deflated and have no interest in participating any longer. LOL

It doesn't matter anymore because they have lost their relevancy and the majority of Americans who voted made a clear statement that they don't believe the puppets in the mainstream media anymore or their string holders, the Democrat Party.

Transparency is the key word and it will lead to, hopefully, and absolute demolition in the 2026 midterms

A lot of my friends are saying these are unconstitutional, etc. Well, maybe. The question. Is the fight worth the battle. Trump has 4 years at most. Maybe two is the D's retake he Senate and\or the House. So effort vs gain? My opinion (worth somewhere between + Nothing and - Nothing) is that this is Stray Voltage, akin to Obama's Birth Certificate.

Trump already did a great move by lifting the Security Clearances of the 51 people who vouched for Hunter's Laptop.. That is their golden meal ticket. No TS or higher clearance no really high paying job with the Pentagon, CIA, State, etc. He should make it permanent.

As for Hunter and the rest? Some criminals get caught, learn and go straight. A lot don't. My guess is Hunter will step in it somewhere down the line. IRS, Foreign Agent Registry. Maybe Brother and Sister too. But what do they have to sell without The Big Guy (not the Green one in The Avengers). Basically zip. The high life is addictive and if you think someone will always be there to pull you out you take risks. I think Hunter is the type who thinks someone will always be there. Elizabeth Warren? Chuck? He might be in for a surprise later in life.

As for the others? Make them Toxic. :You hired who?? Sorry we just don't want to do business with you. Yes we know he\she received a pardon but still.... I'm sure some Ivy League College or Think Tank may hire them and we can expect columns in the NYT's galore. With less and less relevance. Maybe CNN Gigs.
