Since 2020, Democrats have tried to turn Trump into Snidely Whiplash. If you don’t know who he is search for him on Freespoke.
They have used lawfare against Trump. The FBI illegally raided his home, and if you read The Conservative Treehouse the reason was they wanted to know what sort of information Trump might have taken home that implicated the Bureau in all kinds of nefarious activity. The Intelligence Community isn’t there to preserve American citizen freedoms, it’s there to make sure the citizens aren’t free while believing they are.
American citizen’s trust in institutions is low, and it’s because those institutions lied to us. To the average citizen, the game is rigged. Now that X is free speech, it’s possible to find information that flies in the face of anything presented on television or in newspapers. CBS was just caught editing the comments of the Speaker of the House and thoroughly editing an interview with Kamala Harris to make it seem like she was cogent. Of course, when Trump was on, they did all they could to discredit him including “fact-checking” that the Biden laptop wasn’t real. Even though they knew full well that it was.
Voting has started and Republicans are crushing Democrats all over the country so far. This weekend is when the Democrat early vote generally comes in so we will see.
I think there are several things that are different today than 2020, or 2022.
Lockdown Covid policy and misguided overbearing tax policies have caused millions of people to flee deep blue states for purple or red states. It’s changed the electorate and polls haven’t captured it.
The Democrats thought January 6th would be a big deal and resonate. It wasn’t especially given the riots that occurred during BLM. It might have been helped along by the Washington DC Intelligence community, similar to what happened in Michigan with Gretchen Whitmer.
The Democrats thought they could show Trump as a villain, but people already had experience with him. “Trump is Hitler” came out this week and it is offensive to the memory of people who died because of Hitler; both in the death camps and the fighters who volunteered to free Europe.
The Democrats overplayed their hand on abortion. Since the overturning of Roe v Wade, abortion rights have not been eliminated in America. We are now in a state-by-state educational process and I predict late-term third-trimester abortions (or murders if you will) will be non-existent in their current form within ten years. Even ardent abortion rights activists recoil at those types of abortions. If you poll most Americans, a 12-15 week window is where most people are willing to land-and it seems like a decent compromise for now. Maybe someday it might change, but it is out of a courtroom and in the voter’s hands where it belongs. Abortion was a big fear issue in 2022, and with two more years of distance, everyone knows the Democrats are lying about it.
The economy sucks. Despite stats and despite the false flag operations trying to say it’s “Joe Biden’s Economy” every time someone goes to the grocery store, fills up their car, or goes out to eat they feel it. The same was happening in 1980 and look what happened to Jimmy Carter.
School Choice. Democrats are with the Marxist teacher’s union. Republicans are vehemently for school choice and so are the people who would benefit from it.
The border. Democrats are 100% wrong on the border and everyone knows it. They own the issue.
Kamala’s husband. Women recoil at people like that. He impregnated the nanny and beat his girlfriend. When Kamala says she’s for women, she has no credibility.
Israel. Joe Biden was always dumb when it came to foreign policy before he assumed the Presidency but his lack of foreign policy skill is on full display now. Joe Biden abandoned Israel. In fact, he actively worked against them.
Ukraine. Biden screwed up Ukraine too. If he hadn’t said he wanted them in NATO, the probability that Putin would invade would have gone down. Putin still might have invaded because he is a despot but he wouldn’t have been given a reason by a dim American president.
Afghanistan. The pullout was awful and not only Biden, but the brass in the Pentagon along with the Defense Secretary were awful too. This is especially true in the aftermath.
China. Joe did nothing to curb China and he let their intelligence operations operate freely in our skies and on the ground in the US.
Lack of independent voters. I know very few true independent voters. My guess is the ones that exist are breaking for Trump big, big time because of the reasons above.
I also think this is the first election where the left-wing media has no influence. They just do not matter. No one listens to them. Even locally, the only important things on the nightly news are the weather and maybe the sports.
What matters is podcasts. In-depth long-form interviews with nuance. Candidates can explain things. Kamala went on podcasts late and the ones she chose didn’t broaden her base. She did Fox News to try and broaden her base but failed. When she did the town hall the other night on CNN, it got worse for her. She couldn’t answer the simplest of questions in a cogent or intelligent manner where people understood her. She is crushing Democrats nationally and that’s why they will box her up and send her to the basement.
There is another issue though.
The undercurrent issue that I think will spell doom for the Democrats is letting men play in women’s sports. They not only let it happen but advocate for it to happen. I listened to a conversation on Megyn Kelly’s podcast with left-wing Democrat Ro Khanna. You might remember Ro. He is the rep for Silicon Valley and was bought and paid for by Sam Bankman Fried.
I think Kelly said it best: “Just because you go into a bar with your 11-year-old and tell the bartender that they can have a vodka tonic doesn’t make it okay.” The same with puberty blockers, gender reassignment surgery, and all the other draconian things they do with minors these days with regard to this issue. It’s wrong.
She also said (paraphrased), “When it comes to having to respect and be inclusive to people and tolerating a man who thinks he is a woman parading around my daughter’s locker room with an uncut penis, I side with the women.”
You don’t have to be tolerant and inclusive when it comes to that. Khanna only had generic platitudes to counter her. Democrats think they will endanger their base if they come out on the side of this issue that they should come out on.
Locally in Nevada, there was a dust-up because the University of Nevada Reno’s women’s volleyball team didn’t want to play San Jose State’s team since they have a man on their team. That issue took the Senate race from solidly in incumbent Jacky Rosen’s (D) hands to a dead heat. If Trump wins by a big margin, she’s gone.
Democrats are on the wrong side of this issue. What they are pushing society to do is intolerant, not tolerant and it tramples upon the rights of kids-especially girls.
This issue might have woken up the ”Chardonnay class” in the suburbs of America.
The funny thing to me is Joe Biden was replaced not because he was going to lose the Presidency. He was. Nope. He was replaced because the down-ballot races would have all gone Republican with him at the top of the ticket.
Instead, we have an undemocratically elected Kamala Harris as the standard bearer for the Democratic Party. Why is she there? Identity politics and fortunately for Republicans, DEI et al has run its course. Identity politics are over. Finally.
As far as merit, Kamala has been a terrible candidate. Not only that, she lacks intelligence. She’s the kid in class who gives the book report but who hasn’t read the book. She is a phony and we all know it.
I was looking at races and if the popular vote is won by Trump, it would be the first time a Republican has done that since 2004. If Trump accomplishes that, you could see as many as 11 Senate seats flip from Democrat to Republican. Obviously, the House would stay in Republican hands.
That means instead of being a lame duck on Day 1, Trump would be able to get a lot of stuff done in his first two years. If he cut the size and scope of government like Mileil did in Argentina, along with significantly reducing spending while securing the border, he’d probably have another two years to get a lot more done.
I don’t care about the polls. They are wrong. Polymarket has it at 64.5% Trump and if the current trend continues, he wins going away. Maybe 330 electoral votes. That’s Secretariat at the Belmont.

I think most sane people are sick of all the derogatory comments made against Trump. He's a Nazi with a Jewish daughter and son in law, hes a fascist hes this and that.
